- Service timelines, deliverables, and scope will be defined in a written proposal or agreement shared with clients before the commencement of work.
- Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments must be made as per the agreed terms outlined in our proposal or invoice.
Advance or milestone-based payments are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
In case of project cancellation by the client, charges will be applicable for work completed up to that date.
Om Soft Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of delayed or non-payment.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information required to execute the project.
Clients are responsible for securing necessary licenses, permissions, and ownership rights for content (text, images, videos, etc.) shared with Om Soft Solution.
Om Soft Solution will not be held liable for copyright or intellectual property violations arising from client-provided materials.
5. Intellectual Property
All custom designs, code, and creative assets developed by Om Soft Solution remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership rights of final deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
Om Soft Solution reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Om Soft Solution will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and quality of our services, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales or search engine rankings.
We will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project details.
Om Soft Solution will not disclose client data to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Third-Party Services
Certain projects may involve third-party services (hosting providers, plugins, APIs, advertising platforms, etc.).
Om Soft Solution is not responsible for downtime, errors, or costs associated with third-party services.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Om Soft Solution may terminate services immediately in cases of abusive behavior, breach of agreement, or non-payment.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Om Soft Solution reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
